Diversity and Inclusion policy
At Han Law we promote equality and diversity in the workplace through our policies and procedures. Our goal is to create an inclusive working environment that truly appreciates diversity, and where all individual differences are respected and valued, and no one is treated unfavourably due to a certain characteristic.
We also recognise that we have a responsibility to promote fairness in the wider community.
Therefore, we do more than just comply with the law. We ensure that we do not discriminate against or harass other people whether inside or outside our organisation. This applies when dealing with clients, suppliers, when instructing counsel or other experts, or any other work-related contact on any occasion when a member of the team is representing the company.
