‘Pragmatic and effective.’

Hannah was really helpful on a couple of potentially awkward disciplinary matters.  When we spoke to her early enough in the process, she ensured we covered everything in a pragmatic and effective way, to remove any realistic chance of a claim being brought against us.  When we caught her late, she was still able to pick out the key legal points which lead to a resounding victory at tribunal.
